Though my family has been in the "landlord" position in the past with other homes, we have only one house to rent now. With a small team of friendly handy-people we expect to attend to repairs and handle any issues that might arise promptly and professionally. We will give 24-48h notice before coming or set up a regular schedule for landscaping, repairs and access to a bodega planned in the future. Exceptions to such notice of access include unexpected issues, e.g. a threatening weather event.
